Delete your account and data

In tale again!, open Profile & settings, choose Delete account & data, and confirm Delete now. Access ends immediately. Your family data and uploaded files are scheduled for permanent erasure after 30 days.

If you cannot sign in, request help at hello@taleagain.app. We verify ownership before acting. Do not send private journal content or children's details.

Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage subscriptions with Apple.

We retain an identity fingerprint to prevent deleted sessions from recreating an account. Apple and payment providers may retain transaction records under their own policies and applicable law. Contact us about retention or deletion questions.
